Hunter and sheletha were very helpful, professional, energetic and fun. Type of employees you want to see in an establishment when you walk in. Hunter had to go through process twice because I didn’t had my wallet on me but he was very eager to help and had a great positive attitude.

This is an update to a recent experience I had with a print job I was not satisfied with at the store. I had a Power Point printed up and bound and had issues with the quality of the work. Turns out the issue was related to how the document was saved on my flash drive. I worked with Cheryl at the location and she quickly resolved the formatting issue and then reprinted my work intake for me to have it for my presentation. I want to thank Cheryl for her professionalism and high level of customer service.

Don't trust this company, or more so, this location for help. I have a package sitting in the Express warehouse since Wednesday. I figured it would have been here Friday or Saturday, but once Saturday came and went, and nothing showed up, I knew something was wrong. I figured that both Sunday and Labor Day weren't going to have deliveries or even been helpful in contacting support either. So here I am Tuesday with my tracking info saying my stuff is arriving by the end of the day. Cool right? No, it's 10:35pm at the time of this review and nothing has shown up. I called the store earlier in the day, and I can't remember if I got a Kelley or a Cheryl, but all they told me is "if the website says by 8pm, it'll be there by 8pm." Like thanks, I could have confirmed that myself, with you know, this tracking info. I wanted you to call someone, or even forward me to someone directly, but no, you just reiterated what I already knew, I don't even think they navigated to the FedEx website either with how quick they responded, but either way, it's not like that is going to make it right. So, I guess I'll just hope that my package shows up after a week of sitting in their warehouse. Absolute joke man.
