I just wanted to start off by saying this place went beyond my expectations. They had a wide selection of reptiles to choose from as well as the necessities for them. Not only that, but all enclosures were kept very clean and nice - they were so realistic & mimicked their habitat. The customer service was AMAZING. Every staff member I talked to was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about all reptiles. They helped me a lot when I bought my first spider & were very generous. I also received a lot of good advice & they really took their time helping me. I’m not well versed on reptile pricing, but it seemed moderate. I have no complaints!

Was in the area and needed crickets. Their large are actually large and in stock unlike the corporate chains, too small, or the mom & pop, often out of stock. They made a big impression on me by greeting us when we entered even though they were helping others. Took time to answer some questions and offered advice. All in all a very good experience!
