I give a 5 star to Dr. Kenneth Lucero great dr he listens to you and makes sure he meets all your needs. But as far as the staff i felt they were rude. Especially at the front window. I watched a Staff Memeber look down on a patient while i was at the office yesterday i would assume because of the way he looked. (Gentleman looked homeless.) I called today 10 times and twice i got hung up on before i could even talk to anybody. So with that being said i like the Dr a lot but he has a very rude and lazy staff. Pretty sad when the Dr calls you on a Sunday and states he has to pick up the slack because his staff doesn’t do there job. My response was then why are they working for you.
