Mary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She came out to the house and spent ample time getting us the option we had when buying windows. She was on time, curious and very professional. I truly enjoyed working with her. He husband installed our windows efficiently and they look fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Stay away, use someone else. Ordered 8 windows the salesperson Dan ordered the wrong window for the bedroom so the installers installed the wrong one so I wouldn’t have a open hole in my house and told me that the salesman would call me the next day to get it taken care of, no call so called the office a couple days later. When I called the office, the lady acted like it was my fault and kept telling me it was $200 more than what was ordered and I kept telling her I just wanted the right one so finally told me to call Dan and when I did it was my fault and excuse after excuse so finally I think they’re gonna order the right one. Then one of the windows will not latch so hopefully won’t get the run around with that. Anyway I would not recommend because a company that keeps putting the blame on there customers is not very professional and I will not be using them for my other houses so I hope $200 they were so worried about cost them thousands. Installers were good though on a positive note!!! Update so after telling me that I would have to pay the difference on the window that was ordered wrong they told me that I would have to pay for the window that was supposed to be ordered and still have to pay for the window that was ordered wrong also. So first a $200 difference to becoming a $1800 difference because they said I signed a contract and it’s my fault that I didn’t know what their descriptions were on the contract even though the salesperson showed me pictures of the windows and said that’s what I was getting. By far worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! Guess now I have to take them to court and wait until that’s over to finally get the right window

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are very poorly managed and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would. They cancelled and rescheduled on me 4 different times. The second time they cancelled and rescheduled they didn't even notify me or my wife. I had to actually call them to see if they were still installing my windows that day just to be told that my windows hadn't even come in yet. When I questioned the manager about this I was told that the reason for the delay on my windows was that the exterior paint has a 6 MONTH cure time. Anyone with a little common sense knows that it does not take 6 months for an exterior paint to cure. They have no issue blatantly lying to their customers just to cover their own a**. My wife and I had to take off 3 days of work all together for an install that lasted just a few hours. I asked if there would be any compensation for at least the time they didn't notify me of the cancellation and was told there was nothing to be done about it. We have other windows that will need to be replaced and told the manager we will not be using them for anything else, ever. I will not recommend them to anyone at all.

Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
We offer a variety of payment methods and financing options depending on promotional period. Please contact us for more information regarding available options.
