I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot on 6/12/2022 with a delivery date of 6/29/2022. Unfortunately, the sales associate put my address in incorrectly. I went into the store TWICE to ensure my address was corrected. I was assured that everything was good to go and that I would get a call the day before to solidify a time frame. At that time I could verify the correct address. I received an email on 6/26/2022 stating that I would get a call and an email the day before my deliver. I got neither. I called the morning of deliver, 6/29/2022 only to find out that I’d been removed from the schedule because the driver couldn’t not verify my address in his GPS. If I’d gotten a call as promised I’m store and via email the confusion with the address could have been corrected BEFORE I was removed from the schedule. I spent the entire rest of the day on the phone and In-store and was finally able to get rescheduled to 7/1/2022. It is now the delivery date and AGAIN, I did not receive a call regarding my delivery time frame. I called the Home Depot.com number and was given the time frame of 4pm to 7pm. I’ve made myself available ALL DAY and haven’t received a phone call nor have I received my product. It is now 8:45 pm and I still have not received my product nor a phone call regarding this discrepancy/inconvenience! No one has been communicating with me nor able to give me a status of where my product is. At this point I am beyond upset. This is the worse customer service ever. Where is my product? Was it stolen? At this point I feel deceived! This is HORRIBLE business!
