Your loved one won't thrive here. They allow infections to go untreated, which lead to more severe health issues. The staff is extremely nasty (minus a few) to these vulnerable residents. When they think your not around..you'll hear how they talk to these aging seniors that depend on them for quality care. Their's always a staffing shortage, so the care is diminished. Don't let those pics fool you they have on their website. They should be investigated by DSHS.

I was admitted to rehab in Feb 2020 after a bad femur fracture. I was so pleasantly surprised by the care I received there. 2 yrs before I'd had a very different experience while having rehab at a diffetent facility for a hip fracture. At Providence I found caring staff at every level. I was treated with dignity and respect. My home is in the north end of King County. So It is not in a convenient location for me and my family but it would be my #1 choice if I would need care again.

Extremely understaffed. Very bad Supervisor/manager. NEVER trust her!! Not enough teamwork especially in TCU on the 5th floor. TCU is nearly impossible for a CNA and/or a Nurse to function efficiently on the job as it's a higher patient load there and higher understaffing. Equipment is never maintained well enough and if a patient especially a priest gets hurt due to the organizations error the employee involved in an incident involving broken equipment gets fired immediately. Staff have passed out on the floor and whatever you do , don't get wounded or you will immediately become a liability and be fired like many have already experienced.. Many have been fired for NO reason and many have quit on the spot and moved on to a new job. They ride on their very great long past reputation. That is all. They are absolutely nothing like what they used to be. Used to be the best!! Now its just a fake image.

Faith based, great mission statement, awesome location. They do a better job at making it feel like a home (rather than a cold hospital) compared to other places I've seen. I worked here for 10+ years in different capacities so I've seen compassionate, resident-directed care first hand. I wish my grandma would have spent her time here. I continue to work with Providence because I believe in the work they're doing.

yes, they should. But you should still call the Admissions Office to give them a better idea of their needs.
Yes, there should be one on the south patio by the cafeteria entrance.
They are very pet friendly. You can coordinate with the Volunteers Office to make it a regular thing,
They usually are. Check out job postings on their website www.providenceiscalling.jobs
