Where do I start. My son cracked a permanent tooth so I made him an appointment as a new customer. The lady was very nice on the phone but did not inform me of anything. The day of the appointment they sent a text with a link from a strange number that did not have the same area code and no explanation of what I was to do. We show up and find out we can not go inside with our child. He was by himself for 2 1/2 hours in their office, while they tried to bond his tooth, which didn’t work. Then part of his tooth came out and they let him swallow the piece of tooth. After all of that and a 2 1/2 hour wait they decided to pull the tooth. One upset son means one very upset mother. I would recommend anyone to take a child to this dentist.

Terrible experience. Was not told this ahead of time and found this out when we got there. They expected us to hand over our young child to have a dental exam in preparation for dental work. This was our first time here and we, nor our child, had met them before. Parents and guardians are not allowed inside the office and must wait in the car. When I spoke to the office manager about this she told me maybe I should find a practice where they allow a parent or guardian to come in with the child.

We made several trips here for my daughter starting when she was around 2 yrs old. She loved going. Staff was always friendly and any questions were answered thoroughly and quickly.

My sister had appointments here for my niece she had started crying for her And they threatened that if she kept moving they didn’t need permission to give my niece anesthesia very rude trashy place
