Hello, me and my mom have been coming to this store for many years now. Today we had an awful customer service from the shift manager named “Itzel”. Me and my mom didn’t understand what she told us about our 50% or 15% discount. (Like I said we could barely understand her) We asked her for reassurance and she responded with a more annoyed tone. We didn’t find this correct since retail stores are supposed to treat customers with respectful greetings and great customer service.

DONT WASTE THE TIME OR GAS! You will get a better offer for your clothes at Plato’s. Don’t waste time also store employees are rude, no smiles no friendly face just a straight stare to your face. I had a bag with a variety of clothing sweaters, north face jacket, I just purchased last year mom jeans baggy jeans etc and the store employee said they were “out of style” or not in demand. They selected a brand new seater brand new pair of adidas slides brand new belt and slacks from from express and offered 9$ all together. Lol you can’t be serious. I’ve sold plenty of clothes to Plato’s and almost if not all were always selected to be sold in store I get some items will fall under “out of style” but a whole bag and then the offer of 9$ for all new and non worn items. I’ll pass. I’m not into being treated like I am a bother and then to be low balled on top of that, such a waste of time.

. For the most part ive always loved clothes mentor but this last visit i was not very excited about one staff member who was making fun of another shopper who just left. She was talking about her trying on shoes and how dumb she was for walking around with the shoes that were too big for her. It made me uncomfortable like i shouldnt try on any shoes cuz then ill be made fun of as soon as i left. I had great service though from another employee the cashier, she was very sweet. Whats up with these prices?
