First off... the little girl behind the counter had no personality. Did not explain about the extras and she barely audible. I had asked for queso and chips, jeff ordered a burrito. The receipt was emailed to us. It was then that we realized that we were charged extras for certain foods added to the burrito. Then we noticed the charge for the queso and chips. Separate charges and over charged... the gal that waited on us had the personality of a wet mop. And to top it off jeff and up with food poisoning. The bag of chips I received were all the broken pieces from the bottom of a bigger bag, and it was only about a handful of chips. It was less than a 1/4 of the bag. I suspect we will not be going back. Live and learn.

Stopped in for takeaway and was left pleasantly surprised. Probably the biggest points was the smell of the premises (no lingering aromas) and the quality of the ingredients. They may be understaffed a bit at the moment, so it’s obviously not going to be the same speed/rate for fast food or Moe’s/Chipotle, but the employees were helpful and friendly and again, the quality of the ingredients are by far and wide better. Was in and out within 10 minutes, easily. I’ll be happy to come back, rather patronage here or Neato than the larger chains.

Food just honestly isn’t good. I’ve gotten it twice in the past year and both times I didn’t like it. I’m not a picky eater at all. Go to chipotle or Moes. It’s hard to explain but the food just doesn’t “mix” together very well. It’s almost kind of sloppy. I got a simple burrito bowl both times.

This was refreshing and surprisingly tasty. It was a group of about 10 of us and they handle the group quickly and provided exceptional service.
