The ladies here are wonderful. I received such excellent service, Laura was able to answer my questions and provide the mobile devices needed to accomplish all. However, Tmobile should of been closed on the 1st for family time.

That is a positive. However, on my visit Before the holiday, the store did not have the new upgraded phone that was promised to me in stock. The ladies and one gent were nice and professional.
