Based on today's experience I would give it one star, but because in the past the food has been mediocre I was nice enough to give it three. I'm not sure if y'all got a new cook or a new manager or what's going on but if you're going to make variations to items that aren't at a typical Mexican restaurant you need to list them on the menu. I ordered enchiladas and they were covered in onions underneath the sauce and cheese so I had to perform surgery on my enchiladas just to make them slightly edible. Even after removing them the onion flavor was overpowering and ruined the entire dinner. The salsa also tastes like straight onion, someone in your kitchen has an obsession with onion. I've eaten here before and the food wasn't nearly as terrible, I only order occasionally because it's right outside my neighborhood. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that I couldn't eat the salsa and just threw it away 😬 whatever you're doing differently please change it back.

I love this place. The staff is the best around. Dog friendly patio. Food is very good, traditional Tex-Mex. My wife and I eat here once a week with our pups. Great margaritas.
