Sadly, this is my third edited review on this location. I drove 45 minutes to visit this store today. I drank a large coffee on the way and had to pee like a Russian race horse. I grabbed my cart and hauled to the back where the bathrooms are located only to find a gated, locked barrier, saying closed for cleaning. I found an employee and asked how long until the restrooms would reopen? I explained my large coffee and long drive. The lady left to find manager " Jessica" who is still hurting and angry about my last review on her power trip and bad attitude. She refused to open the restrooms. They have also locked off the women's public restroom since Covid and commandered it for employees only. They generously left the men's room open for all patrons to use. My last visit I used it only to have to wait in line for an employee to come out. I guess he doesn't like using the women's bathroom as an employee. I chose Amvets to shop in, spent my expensive gasoline and my valuable time driving all the way to your store today. I could have shopped in any store. It appears that I will either never stop in to this location again or I will never shop at any Amvets again. FIVE STARS go to the clerk helping out from another Amvets location, she did everything in her power to give amazing customer service. I left, went to Lowe's and Home Depot and proceeded to blow every penny at Home Depot that I would have spent at Amvets. Thank goodness both Lowe's and Home Depot had a bathroom and provided excellent customer service. Edited review: my 5 star review just dropped to a 3 star. I buy a lot of merchandise here and have several coupons for a discount off of my total. I went to pay and was asked if I wanted to round up. I will never round up. I support you all the time by buying and donating merchandise! The clerk got an attitude and told me my coupon was expired. I told her I've never been told that before. She says in a patronizing voice " well, they're supposed to! " I replied by saying that maybe they didn't because I shop there a lot and am a great customer. You win "Jessica" you sure showed me who's boss! You also earned yourself a negative review! I will really pray and think about whether or not I will continue to shop and donate to this location. All this over $4.00. Excellent customer service is the key to any successful business. You dropped the ball today Jessica! My original 5 star review: I love this location. It's huge! Customer service is always on point. Each week items that have matching sale colors to the hanging sign (look towards the ceiling over the clothes) will be either 25% or 50% off. Example pink tags 25% off and blue tags 50% off. This applies to all merchandise throughout the store not just clothing. Please donate to Amvets. They help veterans and they care about their customers. In hard financial times it's great that they offer a discount and are helping everyone. This goes a long way with me. Many other "thrift" stores are no longer thrifty for customers or those in need. Items include, clothing, books, toys, pictures, shoes, household, decor, furniture, lamps, bedding and more. Maybe donate each time you shop to make room for the cool items you will find. I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely lovely experience. Called and got excellent information from professional and courteous staff about making donations. Warmly greeted upon arrival each time. Staff was VERY assistive in unloading truck and trailer over the course of two donation deliveries. Donations were met by staff who communicated genuine appreciation. My family and I are very proud to have been able to contribute a full home's worth of solid furniture back into the community. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The past few times I have been they don't seem to have as much stuff. The prices are still amazing though!!!
