Yes covid safe, not near any other clients, everyone wore masks. By appointment only.
Further in advance the better, but I've also called day of and they had openings.
I went early with my girls and there were plenty of staff to help. No line up, teenagers TYPICALLY don't like to get up early so you should be safe!
You do not need an appointment to shop the Prom Department. It is first come first served. Generally quite busy on the weekends and less busy weekdays during the day. Only Bridal and Bridesmaids needs a reservation to shop the departments.
