I appreciate my massage therapist, Kiran, and she always treats me and my concerns with respect. The only issues I have come across have been some misunderstandings with scheduling/reception. Recently I wanted to use a different payment method and the receptionist did not understand my wishes and pulled payment from the card on file and did not add the tip to the payment, so it had to be run separately. I understand that mistakes happen, but the receptionist was not able to reverse the charges and that was frustrating. I was going to book ahead more but I felt like I needed to wait until my next visit to do so. I did not trust that it would be handled correctly.

If you are under i believe the age of 17 or 18 a parent needs to sign. If you are under the age of 14 and parent needs to be in the room with you. But you should always call just to make sure
