We had a great experience with Chris tonight when my son was redeeming his points! He turned a “don’t have enough points” experience for my 4 year old around. Chris’s customer service skills went over and beyond any service that I have received at Rockin’ Raceway in the last 15 years. By the way-it’s also Chris’ birthday!!!

I brought my daughter to the arcade. She said it was real easy to win tickets and stuff and really fun games, one of the workers named Matt was awesome. He was patient, had great manners, thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly. Great service and great staff. I recomend this arcade a whole lot. .

Santiago was a godsend to us upon arrival. Because of only the height requirement being listed on the Groupon, two of the kids couldn’t drive go carts because they were under 12. Luckily we picked the three go carts or three VRs, so they reluctantly did the VR. Santiago explained it all to them and got them excited for it. He made the experience worthwhile. Our 9, 10, and 14 year old boys all enjoyed the experience and didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Santiago!

I don't think so. I've gone flip flops before without a problem.
Everything is preloaded card based arcade. $25 is roughly 100 tokens
No cost to enter but you purchase different play card packages to play the games and ride the Go-Karts.
It closes around 11:30 unless there really busy they'll keep it open until midnight or so.

They do not but their hours change. If I were you, I would just call before you go. Some days they don't open it, if it's a slow day for pigeon forge!
Never had a problem with the place closing early on a friday or sat.
