A bit of a conflict between staff on whose job it was to help me. They worked it out. I showed appreciation. Hopefully it was a learning experience.

Going through the drive-through shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get one meal. I’m not sure if the wait was due to short staff, or what. I was expecting a very fresh meal. Nice hot fries with a hot whopper and melted cheese, and some yummy sauce. Nope! Definitely not what I got. I received stale fries and a burger that was literally thrown together. The cheese was harder on the corners and not melted at all. Very disappointing since I was craving this meal and haven’t had anything from Burger King in awhile. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this spot again.

Falling to live up 2 there motto “have it ur way” all I ask was to switch my fries with chicken fries at an extra cost I know and they Rudely said no
