2015-2021 Sister had private convo with huron attorney behind my back before eviction.. inappropriate. Paid $17k for trailer, paid in full, added sister name to title in 2015. Lot rent/water etc bill only. First night there the furnace didn't work unable to reach maintenance. Purchased heater and got own service. Shortly thereafter hot water heater sprung leak. Office came, fixed leak, ran fans, blotted up carpet and scott slashed the underbelly to let the water drain by itself. Stray cats came to door, fed and watered them, previous owners? Will write more on my Facebook. Would not recommend. Never signed off on title, evicted during covid Moritorium (, they refused paperwork) driven off property by Huron pd because huron towed my two vehicles out if my driveway because of flat tires (neighbor denied having compressor but then filled tires in front of me when my vehicles towed away and impounded) but they were both properly insured but not driven due to plates. Unable to renew plates online (grayed out) Had to walk and carry food for house, couldn't get rides, (correction, got a few rides by strangers during 3or 4walks that shortened my trip...!ty) 3-10 mile walk minimum round trip which exacerbated old pilon fracture of right ankle arthritis, fractured in three places with fixation which was stable before. Sewer blocked, water turned off months before during winter. Furnace and ac suddenly stopped working during Moritorium. Unable to take my phone and lost all my posessions and documents and pets in house. Dropped off by dayshelter, no vehicle, disabled walking far...used stimulus to buy pants, coat, phone, etc that huron pd wouldn't let me take. (My phone had 29 hacks per google support) My posessions should have been stored for a year by state law. Seen older homes burn down here and replaced with newer ones. Unk where owners ended up living. Water bills inconsistent? maintenance on interior forrested area with vines that cause a hazzard if trees fall? Heard Stray cats trapped and driven to empty fields by airport or other parks. Heard Some people put out antifreeze for them. Found arrow in field. What are the loopholes for covid Moritorium? Were they caused? Unable to get transcript of hearing held in zoom which i couldn't attend. The house legally still mine, i didn't sign off, imo. See pics. Heater bill, water leak immediately. Advised inspected by someone certified upon purchase. Purchased from both Janice and mitch. In nov 2019 Janice offered a few thousand but furnace ac still working then they stopped Cannot prove anything. Lucky i had my ID. All my proofs of things and more were in the mobile home which they forced me out of. My ex-husband and his new wife now help my sister and have not had to live under a tarp but they knew i did. Sis even filed to get my dead brothers little inheritance on my birthday but my sister doesn't drive-who took her? (Found him dead in my parents' house in 2019 and traumatized.). Theres so much more..dirty deeds done dirt cheap. Btw..are they owed rent when appliances are swapped, cars are towed sway , damage is deliberately caused and neighbors could see if they weren't involved? And a cops mom lived kiddie corner who was there at time of eviction. If the park was involved in swapping hot water heaters, appliances, shutting off water and sewer causing damage, would anyone owe them rent, including cera? Who do u call? But they got my documentation. How appropriate was it for eviction attorney to talk to my sister behind my back long before any of the worst stuff happened? (Like wTer and sewer plugged? She was a coowner at most.
