knowledgeable, they let me know what is not working or broken on the car. gave me estimates and the urgency of each item. some I will do myself, some I will have them do, some they recommended other shops for. always use them for all the cars I have had for years. they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for and they are definitely worth it.
