I’m sorry, this place had bad food. Don’t bother with the teriyaki beef or chicken. Dry meat, and little of it. The sushi looked to be made by an armature, poorly wrapped, avocado and fish jaggedly coming out the side (not a culinary attempt at art). The menu was overwhelming in a bad way, difficult to read. The taste of the sushi was totally basic, zero special about it. The sashimi was ridiculously expensive for the size of the portion. This place is, at best below a serves, at worst not worth going to.

The quality of the fish was very fresh, the creativity in the special rolls is great, and the atmosphere of the place is very cozy and bright. The only reason this place doesn't have five stars is because in the Samurai roll, while the interior is delicious, the "chopped" spicy tuna was blitzed to the point that it had the consistency of cat food. Maybe the batch I got was an anomaly (and I hope so, because the concept of the roll is delicious)!
