One of the worse places for customers service. They focus on drive thru and dont keep track of the orders from.the lobby

I have been to this location 5 or 6 times and it is the best one i've ever been to. The employees here are just so kind. They are so genuine and make kind conversation. This is my work location so coming here on a break and having someone be so kind and uplifting makes a huge difference. My orders have also always been correct and so fast. Even if the drive thru is long it's so quick.

Tables are closed, all staff wear masks (correctly too), they are frequently cleaning when I go in, and they seem to be washing hands often as well. Only napkins available, other additions/condiments by request. Plenty of space to stand appropriately distanced.
I’ve experienced this several times. Their hours used to be starting at 5 AM and they changed them to 5:30 which is fine, so open at 5:30!! I just went every day this week and it was not open nearly until 6. I will be calling their area manager about this.
