Went during lunch time restaurant was pretty empty I started off with good service from the waitress and she took her orders quickly then almost an hour later I received my food and the pizza was very soggy and not appetizing

The last 2 times I have been there have been diasterous! The staff took our order reasonably quickly and we waited for almost an hour to get our food. When it was delivered my husband only got part of his order. We called the server over and she said they had run our of the food he had ordered. No one even gave him the information or a chance to reorder something else. Then we thought we would try it again!! The wait staff didn't even acknowledge us or take our order after waiting 20 minutes, we just go up and left. I understand that they might have been busy, but communication goes a long way in keeping customers coming back! I doubt we will return.

Love this place great food and can watch hockey practices and games thru the plexiglass. Very reasonable pricing and they have an elevator to the second floor where the restaurant is located if guests do not want to navigate the stairs.
