It was all good until we hit the party room. . They started to hand out the pizza to the kids without the birthday girl being in the room I had asked if they can wait for the birthday girl to come in the room .then they gave us luke 20 mins to eat and the birthday girl wasnt even done with her food and they brought the cake out .it was rush rush rush I told the girl come on let her finish her food before we sing happy birthday she wait 5 more mins and stated to light the candles .. for the price that you pay .. you should be rushed like that .. I know there is a time frame but our room wasnt even ready . I had to go down and help them decorate it so it was done on time .. JUMPING WAS GREAT BUT PARTY ROOM all I can say is EVERYTHING WAS RUSHED RUSHED RUSHED ..DIFFERENTLY NOT COOL NOR WAS I HAPPY !!!!!!

This place is terrible they harassed me all night not to jump with my 3 year old but complained when I stood on the trampoline area the whole park honestly wouldn’t go back the manager is no better they need to rehire all new staff and rules sky zone is my go to for now on

Horrible! Called before coming, but when we got here, no ropes course was available. And their customer service was horrible. “Z” was useless as an “assistant manager” and didn’t help de-escalate the situation. Do NOT recommend. But it is the only place still open.

I know they have dodge ball. They do have special times for certain age groups. Best option is to contact your local free fall for a schedule of times.

Not recomended for sure! I guess if its an arm cast you would be ok, a leg cast, you.would not have fun at all, they might not let you in!
