Rehab was very good!!!! rest of the care was terrible, the food was awful, my mom was on a soft, small bite diabetic diet, because of choking precautions. they never, brought her the correct food, and it was always cold. the nurses kept having to take it away and try and get it corrected. No apologies from the kitchen. Receptionist wouldn't let me talk to a nurse manager, told me no one was available on weekends. I will add, that Someone called me the next day. My sister came for a visit and found my mom lethargic and extremely confused.she could not find a nurse, a doctor for another patient, did us a favor and came by, mom ended up in the ICU 5 days after she was sent there . I. Gave them one star because I was very pleased with the rehab .

My aunt is receiving very bad care. They left her in a room with all TVs blaring loud as they would go. Shut the door completely. Left her lunch in the room where she couldn't it left the bed flat which was causing complete pain so she was in the bed crying and screaming for help. No one could hear nor did they want to. Bed sores and numerous other problems but this last time will be reported to the state. The nurse or aide was across the hall 5 ft away looking at a magazine.

My grandma is a resident on winter and I have been really happy with the care that she is getting. The staff is very helpful and the facility has been really clean every time I visit.

The staff is very friendly. They always accommodate my requests when I visit my family member.
