Ordered 4 sandwiches today; 2 cheesesteaks, Italian hoagie, chicken parm. Cheese steaks were ice cold AND soggy (got to Giovanni’s within 20 mins of calling to place the order, and they told us 25 mins), chicken parm was chicken tenders with marinara, Italian was fine- not much to that though. When did giovanis start sucking so bad. Waste of $50+. So freakin dissappointed
