A bit eclectic for my tastes but they were prompt getting our drinks out and the staff was friendly. Starbucks could be a 5 star company if they would simply focus on making coffee and stay out of the political landscape.

Today Starbucks was dealing with a very rude and disgruntled guest. The Starbucks employee (who I believe was the manager) handled the situation very professionally and kindly. Unfortunately the guest was not handling this situation as kindly as Starbucks. Not only am I impressed with how Starbucks handled this situation, but as soon as it was our turn to order they were just as kind and professional. They were able to keep their composure when they were being treated so poorly. I hope this Starbucks team knows they are appreciated! Thanks for the delicious drinks and professionalism.
