Employed here (for now). They cut corners in quality, production, and safety, they currently force sick/unpaid emergency days to be paid vacation (so if you have too many emergencies, no paid vacation for you), they tend to fire people immediately when they turn in their 2 week notice, they drag their feet at giving raises even if you deserve it (or they just fire you for asking if your skills are easily replaceable), and I along with other employees have been lied directly to our faces by our manager. I've worked many places, and under some pretty rough conditions, but this place has been the absolute worst for me when it comes to employee treatment and overall professionalism. Heaven help anyone who does business of any kind with DSI.

Shitty super hard very very very fast pace metal slab assembly with terrible pay expect to workout and sweat every single shift bunch of places pay more with insensitive and pay more off the rip shut this place down! Right now family dollar pay more lmao!!!!
