Worst experience ever. Went in to have tire fixed. Waited in parking lot for four hours and nothing. Went inside to ask about it. Took 10 mins to even find my paperwork. Guy goes and rolls my tire to me hits me in the leg. Says all set. Stunned I attempt to roll it out (with a broken finger and brace on my hand) it falls. Several employees standing around just laughing. Pick up my tire put in my van and leave. Next day attempt to place tire on van only to find it was never fixed at all. Wouldn’t put my tire on and never fixed it to begin with. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and that is saying something in this world. NEVER go here. UPDATE: Called their customer service number and have now left several voicemails. Still nothing in response. 11-2-22

Do NOT go here! They told me 1.5 hours. After three hours they told me they couldn't do an alignment on my car. They have done it at least 3 alignments for me in recent years. It didn't matter what my car manual said, they don't want to hear it. The manager there has a awful attitude and is extremely rude. He seems to think he is always right and no one can tell him he's wrong. I drove to another local shop and they told me they could do it no issue. Told me Bell Tire was full of bs. Bell tire has awful service. Most of the guys are standing around stuffing their face with food and hanging out goofing off. It's no wonder it took 3 hours. I should have stopped going when they tried to sell me the wrong tire size. Save yourself and go to a local shop. Dudes at Bell Tire think they're hot stuff. They need to take it down a notch. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Please go somewhere that knows what they're doing.

just so everyone knows ALL wheels lug nuts are supposed to be TORQUED. ALL of them not just some. torque sticks or a torque wrench should be used. meanwhile the mechanics at the burton mi location totally HAMMER the lugs on with a impact! these people are supposed to be professionals that you pay for a service. dont go to this place! they have also damaged my wheels in the past and will do nothing about it. they hammered in the center caps on my foose wheels with a METAL HAMMER. go elsewhere. if you dont need an alignment go to discount tire on court. there usually pretty cool there. belle tire also told me thy couldnt get a specific tire that i wanted. i called discount and they got it ordered up for me and got the tire in a few days.
