I went to BPI because my pain & chronic migraines were so severe that I was classified as “severe disability” when taking the migraine disability assessment test every 3 months when I’d go into my neurologist appointment for Botox treatment. I was losing hope as the Cadillac of migraine drugs “Botox” was not affectively alleviating my migraines and I wanted to try another treatment option before considering surgery on my neck. I am so ecstatic because the decompression treatment and chiropractic visits led to 65% decrease in the occurrence of migraines and a %65 decrease in the severity of pain when a headache did occur. It’s only been a couple months but I feel like I have my life back! I don’t usually post reviews but I want you to know that if you suffer from a previous neck injury & chronic migraines, BPI can help! The treatment plan from Dr Polzin prevented me from needing cervical surgery.

I had been suffering from severe low back pain for 18 months. I had tried PT, injections, chiro, and physiatry and could not experience any relief. Choosing Bellevue Pain Institute was one of the best decisions I ever made. Their comprehensive approach to wellness with nutrition, supplements, chiropractic care, and patient education made me pain free within 3 months. Truly a remarkable recovery that changed my life.

I would highly recommend the Bellevue Pain Institute, should you need treatment to address severe pain and the loss of sensation, as a result of Nerve damage. My story – I was hit by a car over 10 years ago while walking and developed Peripheral Neuropathy, where I lost nerve sensation in my extremities (Legs and Arms) a couple of years ago, with severe constant pain. I had tried other medical treatments, and nothing worked to address the pain and loss of sensation. To address these issues, they recommended Meds to control my problems. This was not acceptable, so I began looking for another Provider with a solid history of addressing pain without Meds, as a result of nerve damage. I am happy to say, that I have gone from pain levels of 6 to 8, to levels of 3 to 4, in a few months without taking Meds. I have also regained increased sensation in my extremities, which is a great feeling and is addressing a safety concern I had. I have just started a maintenance plan to keep my level of pain under control and my regained sensations to a comfortable level.

I have hernia problem for 3-4 years. I have visited multiple different offices and all of them just recommended doing a physical therapy or surgery. The physical therapy didn't help and I was trying to leave with the back pain every day. One doctor recommended Bellevue Pain Institute and I'm glad that I have visited them. Dr. Polzin told me that my issue is treatable and I'm going through the treatment process now. I can see the difference already. I used to weak up every morning from the back pain but not for last couple weeks. I'm very thankful to Dr. Polzin and Bellevue Pain Institute people for their daily routine helping to us!

Dear Regina; Bellevue pain Institute did not prescribe medications as we have comprehensive programs of nondrug and nonsurgical solutions to chronic pain ranging from advanced stem cell procedures to leading edge physiotherapeutic's and Class IV laser treatments. Suboxyn use to recover from opioid addiction, has a high risk for addiction and dependence & can cause respiratory distress and death when taken in high doses or when combined with other substances, especially alcohol. Thank you or your inquiry, Dr. Polzin.
