I normally use the location in Eastpointe but I was already in the city of Warren and decided to get a car wash from this particular location. Upon entering the lot I realized I’d left my wallet in my other purse and didn’t have enough cash to even cover the basic $9 wash. I started to back up to let others around me But the employee came out and waved me forward. He said each employee was allowed to give out one courtesy wash and that I could get one for my car. I’ve never heard of this before so I was both relieved & happy; I thought it was a nice gesture, a great act of service and an investment in a customer’s satisfaction. Thank you Super Car Wash!!!!
