Had this company for over 25 yrs. Great prices and service. But here lately they must change drivers and they go different routes. One time our garbage was missed. We can NOT put our garbage out the night before with stay cats and other critters I’m sure it will get torn up and can’t put cans out cause they will be down the street or cause a wreck. Now today11/1/22 the guy came from the opposite direction at 10:00 ( thank goodness we had it out) but we live on a highway. That could have gotten ugly real fast. Because the guy had to cross the highway to get our bags. I suggest make a route and no matter who the driver is they should be told to follow that route. It’s not rocket science.

They are a good trash company. But 2 years straight we were up at our camper and I called to stop the trash they charged me anyways. Then I had to pay all that back money then on top of that a new start up fee again of 650.00 so that money 650.00 plus 469.00 not to happy with that.

I've been with TNT for over 20 years. The prices are great. Sometimes you do get what you pay for, I've had garbage left in the bottom of my can, weeks where I have been missed but overall satisfactory service. Until recently, things seem to have become more sloppy and I was missed more often. I received a letter I must now put all my garbage out front after 20 years of being picked up in the alley. I call and I'm told the truck is bigger and the alley is overgrown. I've attached a picture of the alley which is in no way, shape or form overgrown. I'm extremely disappointed that everyone would be asked to move cans out to the street where they will be blowing around in the street if it gets windy when it clearly is not necessary.
