My husband and I stayed here in the Fall of 2020. I’m a little late to be writing a review, but it’s better late than never. The owner and her family are amazing. The park is so clean and well maintained. Nephi is such an awesome little town. So many outdoor adventures in the area. I’ve seen some of the most beautiful sunsets while staying there. If you’re rolling into the area… definitely stay here!

We stayed here twice recently. Once on our way to Idaho and again on our way home. We heard about this park from friends who told us that it's a nice, new park with pull-thru sites and it's conveniently located to I-15. Everything they said about the park is true. The owners are on site and run the office. All of our interactions with the owners, and maintenance staff, were very good. They went out of their way to make our stays enjoyable. I used the laundry facility and was very impressed with how spacious and clean it is. I used the restroom, but not the showers even though it would have been a nicer shower that our motor home. The restroom is beautiful. They plan to open a cafe in the next year, so next time we stay here we'll be able to eat out just a few steps from our RV. If you're traveling in Utah and need a place to stay, I highly recommend you consider staying at Rollin Home. Oh, and the views are nice from this park, and it's not far from trails or scenic rides in your car or motor cycle.

The owner was very nice & helpful in every way. Very nice park. Easy to pull in & out. Nice paved pad. Only drawback is the noise from the cement trucks, which you get used to after a day or two. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed last year, before the office was finished. Very nice building.

Love this place! The shower, bathroom and laundry facilities are wonderful. The strips of grass between RV spots was great for our kiddos to play on! TheRV spots are LOOOONG and did not feel cramped at all with our 35’ trailer and 4 door/long bed truck. There were 2 dumps for each spot and the water pressure/power all worked wonderfully! Once the trees mature there will be shade at every spot. We came for a baseball tournament and stayed 3 nights; we will definitely be staying here again in the future.
