Needed to take my car in to get a recall fixed. They offered no loaner because they were all out and then no voucher. People need to get to work and can't afford to be without transportation because they are too cheap to pay for service with a rental agency. They bounced me around until I landed at some random person's voicemail. No call back to make sure they at took care of the issue.

It would’ve been nice to know that you guys switched from taking walk-ins to taking appointments only so that it wouldn’t have caused an inconvenience for myself and I’m sure others. I remember when I first took my Ford vehicle to this place in 2020 for an oil change, and they told me they didn’t take appointments and to just walk in, I thought it was stupid. Should’ve been had appointments. But at least send out an email notification to customers letting everybody know.
