Store Mgr Ray, Josh, and Jose, were all awesome today, when I walked in with a complicated circumstance with my hybrid car battery and a battery charger. They were very patient, so honest, and really helped me out, while having fun doing it. A great team you guys are, from the top (Ray) down. Thank you again guys, you're so appreciated. Dedicated people like you bring customers back, for sure.

Had a simple online order to pick up. Got an email saying it was ready to be picked up. As soon as i said what I was there for the associate told me it's not ready or in stock. Seemed mad that someone would assume that an email saying something was ready for pick up would actually be ready for pick up. Told me, and i quote, "it's not a guarantee an item is in stock, you have to call the store." Really had an attitude for no reason. While all of this is going on, someone who seemed like a more senior employee gave him the item I was there to pick up. He scanned it over and that was that. Totally unprofessional and rude.

From my experience, besides a handling change for special order returns, if you have your receipt or are a registered customer I haven't had a problem with my few returns
