There was a drunk/ high man on the train platform who decided to go in the waiting train and smoke. No security around at all. The train sat in the station for 20 minutes and this man , with his pants half down, Continued to smoke and change cars on the train while talking to himself. Also noted the stairs from the street to the subway reeked of urine. Philly needs to do better- as does Patco.

Neeeeeever on time,aaaaaaaalways schedule changes, dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty!!!!! And they leave early!!! Schedule says 9:45 and he left 9:43!!!!!!
