The concrete boat ramp and Rendezvous is high and dry this year 2021 with the low water levels. People can technically still launch in the sand at your own risk, but it's not recommended. You could possibly launch Jetskis by lifting them on and off the trailer in shallow water, but definitely not a boat where you would have to go too deep in the water, and most likely would get stuck. There is a concrete boat ramp about 10 minutes from Rendezvous Beach called "First Point" on the East side of Bear Lake that's recommended for launching.
