I have been a frequent patron at Kao Gang for years. The food is always delicious. I was appalled this evening when we picked up $120 worth of take out and asked for additional soy sauce packets and the self proclaimed Manager “JP” was so unprofessional and rude it was hard to believe. He wanted to charge us more money for additional packets and was nasty about it! I had tipped on take out and he said “give me my soy sauce back and I will give you the tip back!” I told him he was making a stupid business decision and his response was to call me a “B—tch.” I have never written a Google review before but his behavior moved me to do so. Such a shame. I hope the real management from Kao Gang reads this review.

Been here many times! One of my favorite sushi places in the area. Its always delicious. Had one bad experience recently, it was the server not the food. She forgot to bring my Thai Iced Tea I ordered and charged me for it. But she never came back to the table after she took our order. Someone else brought us our food and she never checked on us. Someone else even brought us our check. But besides that the sushi is the bomb here.
