This store has always been good to me. One of the best things about it is that they don’t pressure you when it comes to sales. Tito was my guy to help me out with everything. He literally was able to guide me through everything when I received my PS5. I’ve been waiting years to get it at retail and I can actually say that having a Pro Rewards card finally came in handy. All the staff is excellent throughout, but Tito went the extra mile and didn’t put any extra pressure when it came the final transaction. Big props to this store, for I will definitely be back!

So I have to say that ALEX was super amazing I could not have asked for better assistance then what I was giving. Attention to detail and the help giving was more than I expected very friendly attitude and made me feel welcome and secure with my purchase. I don't go to GameStop often but I now have an appointment to go back in a week for a game review What how cool who does that. I'll tell you who Alex at the west Manchester GameStop. I went in 2 diff days and both days the gentlemen helping me were polite and very helpful. I was in there for my kids and felt stupid but neither of them had any issues answering my questions even though I'm sure they thought they were stupid 😃
