I usually like coming here browsing for some games. But today the door was locked and it didnt have a sign on the door or anything. After like 10 minutes of double checking online and finding out that they were in fact open today. So i went back to find the door was still locked. Lights are on, but nobody's home!

PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING POKEMON CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So today i purchased a tin of pokemon cards and assumed it would be safe because they were stored behind the counter but i was so wrong i found a card chip on the back and a pretty rare card but in bent condition i will be uploading the pics for reference so after that i called the store and asked for the manager and i did get ahold of him and informed him of my problem he then informed me that there was nothing that he can do and then told me to call customer service when i then contacted customer service i was then informed that the store is actually supposed to take care of it with that so if i cant trust the manager at the store would could i trust there?
