I got the ham and cheese sandwich meal deal and was disappointed with my sandwich, when I unwrapped my sandwich I had to pull it apart just to make sure they had put anything between the buns. And when I did all I found was 1 single thin cut slice of ham and 1 piece of cheese. They could have at least tried to make it like the sandwich that was advertised on the menu board. Won't order that again!

I'm a usual at this hardees and I've never had a problem normally they will be short handed no big deal but this past Friday it just seemed like Gloria was more worried about answering phone calls and fussing at the cashier at the window than taking orders.what is bothering me about my visit this time was that it seemed like the girl at the window was more worried about the food coming out than Gloria was for being a manager.i believe I was told the young lady was wrong and should be fired but why fire a good worker do to bad management.

We ordered a sandwich and chicken tenders in the drive thru. At the time of the order, they had chicken ready. When we got to the window to get our order we were told we had to wait on chicken…… waited for over 20 minutes to get our food. We are moving to the area in the fall and will not be eating here again.
