A not so hidden spot in the city. I use to come by when it first opened, before it became a hangout spot for the university crowds. It's a great place to relax and get away from the bustles of the streets--- just watch out for when they have events or planned activities. They added movie nights and a dog park so they're doing a great job bring people up to the space. It can get especially crowded on sunny days so plan accordingly. If you can come early afternoons when it's a little quieter, it's a great place to have a lunch date or read.
For photographers, this is a great spot for sunsets and "roof top" photos.
I mean I guess you could. Its really just a path way up if you park in the parking garage. If anything they might have a chain up "blocking" the path which you could just step over.
It's an open green space on top of a parking garage with great views of the city. There's also a bar area where you can get drinks and food, but no lounge per se, just the grassy areas and chairs scattered throughout. I'm not sure what the bar's hours are, but the park is open 7am-10pm in the summer and 7am-8pm the rest of the year.
was at cira green this sunday(6/3/18) and it looks like they are in the process of installing a big screen with speakers on the evo bldg and also building what looks like a permanent structure to be a cafe of some sorts???............
