Great experience and place to live! We've been here for about five months. Our neighbors are great, and the area is great. Anytime there's been an issue not only has it been taken care of but taking care of efficiently. The management team is phenomenal. Their customer service and desire to deliver high quality experiences for all they come into contact with has been refreshing. They proactively communicate and follow up which is always a plus. I'm glad that I found this gem of a community.

I’m not sure with everyone else’s experience but my experience was good. I moved during COVID and De De and Anastasia were really sweet and helpful. Everytime I had an issue (which was rare) maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and the police drive out here atleast once a week. The only issue I had was people not cleaning up their dogs poop. It was annoying cause the neighborhood supplies areas for dogs (definitely pet friendly). The rent is reasonable and the amenities were good even though I worked a lot, it was still nice to have them included. Parking was good too, I rarely parked far from my apartment. For the price and what you get (I had a 1B, 1B w/ washer and dryer included) I was satisfied and it felt like home.

Management seems to do absolutely NOTHING when it comes to obnoxiously, noisy upstairs neighbors. One property manager seems to make an exception/excuse as to why my 3rd floor neighbor can up be running around their apartment at 1am up to 5am. I’ve sent emails with no response. What’s next?.... call the police for a noise complaint? Maybe that will get her attention.

I have lived here almost a year and love it. I looked at many places before moving here. For not much more rent then others I looked at, I get a washer/dryer, dishwasher and they painted everything and put in new carpet before I moved in. Deedee and the maintenance guy are very nice and have responded to any concerns I have had quickly. I love the location . I would and have recommended it to others.
