I was very happy to have stumbled across Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. Paster Joe, has a great gift of sharing not only the Gospels. But he has an insightful way of looking at the times and circumstances early Christian life was and comparing things to modern times. It's a shame I'm in LA I would like to participate more. I love to listen!

I have been going to Calvary for years. Pastor Joe brings the Bible to life. He explains it in such detail so everyone can understand the meaning of the verse he is preaching about. That is one of the reasons people love going and listening to him. When I miss a church service I can open up the app on my phone and catch up on his message. Pastor Joe also makes it interesting with providing additional facts about his teachings. I started to bring my grand children to Church and it has been a delight to see them learn about Jesus in the Sunday school. Wednesday nights are also inspiring when I can attend. Sometimes they have special guess speakers which also adds to the education about the lord. I am so grateful that we have a Church like Calvary Chapel.

PEOPLE IN EUROPE WILL KISS THREE TIMES ,TO SYMBOL THE HOLY TRINITY .I WAS CENSORED FROM SAYING ST .JOHN NEUMAN AT A OPEN MIC AT CCP.
There are 2 or 3 scheduled services on most Sundays. Not sure exactly when.
They have SALT that meets every other saturday.. I think they just met last week. Check bulletin online or call church. They have a bible study, worship and some time of fellowship. Some snacks to. People get togther after and go out to eat and stuff. Great group of people.
All are welcomed. We are all the same created in our Lord's likeness.
@ Calvary Chapel Philly, it's 8am, 945am & 1145am with a prayer service @ 6pm
I don't know if it was on the app or Facebook but I think you good look up the church online and get all the information that you can possibly want from the website. It is a good church and worth going to! :-)
I would check the website.
This church is not for the rich, this church is the ones who need prayers and savior. I am not a rich person, not even close and i know many people in this church who are struggling and many people who has the money to give to others in need. This a multicultural church and if you are in need of prayer or a friend this is the best place to come. God bless you all.
This pastor does not speak on political stance
I don't think they do..but like everyone else has said it wouldn't hurt to ask them, I'm sure they could help in some way! π
Go on to Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia and look up daily messages and you will find them
On Monday the evening meetings are as follows: 7:00 Over 50's study n sanctuary, 7:00 Christian alternative to addiction n CPAC, 7:00 divorce care meets n the library & 7:30 young adults meet n auditorium. Hope this answers your question.
Your concern should not necessarily be what a religion, denomination, church etc says about that lifestyle. You should go to the Word of God, and see what God himself say about that topic. Because WE are all going to stand before a righteous God on day (ME INCLUDED) for our life and HE will see us for who we are. And that is sinners in need of a Gracious Savior.only through the work of His son Jesus on a cruel cross. He loves us soooooo much. because of what JESUS did for us on the cross. THATS our Salvation.
Monday nights 7 pm Calvary Alternative to Addictions group led by Pastor Tim. Highly recommended!
No service tomorrow but communion tonight at 730 come join us if you can
