Some staff are rude and some are nice .. Sometimes my bagel or croissant is halfway burnt .. Sometimes it is just right.. Everytime I go .. It is becoming a toss up ..

The 3 stars is for the customer service. I took off 2 for the lack of upkeep. I've been to this location about 5x within the last 2 months. It needs to be deep cleaned!

I asked the the counter person to please put gloves or wash his hands before preparing my food and said No; I even remain him that he was just touching money and he still refused.

They wear mask,no eating inside,if it too crowded they ask to wait outside, they wear gloves to do the breads and other stuffa
