I am thorough FED UP with this practice and the way they are treating my mother. She has been going here for years for a specific, diagnosed problem, and they finally told her that she needs to have a "spinal cord stimulator" inserted. They did a week-long trial with the device to see if it would help her, and it did. To get the permanent device inserted, she had to go through a whole bunch of tests and screenings, which she did. The "surgical coordinator" "Alison" told her that it would take 2-3 weeks to clear it with her insurance company, and then procedure would then be scheduled at the hospital. Then everything just stopped. Someone there totally dropped the ball!!! My mother heard NOTHING. When she finally called weeks later when she'd heard nothing from them, to see what the hold up was, "Alison" told her that the insurance company had been non-responsive. My mom called the insurance company (who's been ALWAYS responsive for the past 15 years!!!) and they had NO RECORD of "Alison" or anyone from this practice ever calling them. There was NO REQUEST ever even made for a pre-approval!!!! My mom then tried to get a three way call between the insurance company and his so-called surgical coordinator, who all of a sudden was conveniently NEVER AVAILABLE to speak to her. It's now been THREE MONTHS, and the procedure STILL hasn't been scheduled. Someone (naturally, not Alison!) from this practice finally left a message three weeks ago for my mother saying "the hold up isn't with the insurance company; the hold us is with the hospital. They aren't scheduling any surgeries at this time." HUH??????? Who ever heard of a hospital NOT scheduling elective surgeries????? The pandemic is OVER!!!!! Meanwhile, my mother has been waiting for months for this procedure.... and the office never updates her, doesn't call back, NOTHING. She finally made an appointment just to go in there so they MUST see her face to face and provide an explanation for their INCOMPETENCE. This is totally inexcusable. Go elsewhere if at all possible, because although my mom says the doctors are decent, but it seems the people who work in the office behind the scenes are totally clueless and unprofessional, not to mention the total lack of communication I've seen evidence of for many months now!!!!!

I’m sorry that I have to write this review but I am so frustrated right now that I feel I have to. I have been a patient, with a couple of different doctors in that group for the past few years. For the most part, I have not had a problem with the office staff or physicians in the group, although it is difficult to get a timely appointment with some of the physicians. Long story- short. I went to the office in May because of neck, shoulder pain and numbness in left hand, ring and little fingers. After a couple months of PT the doctor, based on the fact that my hand and fingers were not responding to therapy the doctor recommended a ulnar nerve transposition. I had the surgery on July 8, 2022 and as of today have not been able to see the doctor who preformed the surgery. I have been to the office on three occasions, each time meeting with a PA. The first was to have the staples removed, the second was a follow up, at which time I was given a script for OT, which I started right after. At the time of the second visit I was told by that PA that the next time I came back I was going to see the doctor. The appointment was scheduled for 8/10/22 at 12:45. ( I was given an appointment card)When I went to the office on that date I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I did not have my phone or appointment card with me to show that I had an appointment. The office “squeezed “ me in with a PA. I explained to the PA that my elbow was still swollen and very sensitive, my wrist was swollen and my little finger was still numb. She asked me if I was going to OT and I said yes, at which time she asked me how long I have been going for and I told her since the last time I was there and they gave my the script.She said that I probably started OT too soon and that might be causing my current problems. I said the other PA told me to start. I stopped OT but the swelling in my elbow and wrist did not improve and my little finger feels like it’s going to explode so I called the office the other day and was told that the Doctor was booked through the middle of Sept. I tried to explain about the swelling and numbness but they said that was the first opening so I took it. Yesterday my wrist was very swollen and my finger was very numb so I called the office, at which time I was told that the Doctor and his assistant were both off but I would hear back from his assistant today. After waiting until 11:00 this morning I called the office back and after waiting a few minutes I spoke to the Doctor’s medical assistant. I explained about the swelling, pain and numbness and the fact that I have not met with the doctor since my surgery but she said the doctor was booked all day and I could not see him. I asked if I could get in to see the hand specialist in the group and she said that she reach out to his assistant and see if he could see me. She said that I would receive a call either way. Needless to say I’m still waiting. I will be looking for new Doctors

Just had surgery with Dr. Dhrawlikar,DrMelissa, Ester everything went perfect even though surgery lasted 7 hrs. L1 to L5 and S2. Doctors dedicated everything to have a good and perfect outcome. God was there too. He went into that surgery room directing everyone in the room.
