This location is NEVER stocked. They never have what's advertised in the weekly ads or what other ppl post they find in their stores. I'm definitely going to the one on Columbus Blvd, it's bigger and usually has what's advertised or I'll go out to the county.

It does have helium but not sure what the policy is on bringing ur own balloons. I would say call the store to ask about pricing for that.
Yes they sell hard candies and smarties.dont know how stocked they are.
