FILING A COMPLIANT WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S WAGE AND HOUR DIVISION AGAINST THE VINELAND AMI LOCATION AND IT’S SUPERVISOR (BETTY). SHE TOLD AN EMPLOYEE FROM THE UPPER DEERFIELD LOCATION THEY COULD NOT USE THEIR APPROVED AND ELIGIBLE FMLA RIGHT BECAUSE THE OFFICE WAS SHORT STAFF! THIS IS UNLAWFUL UNDER FMLA REGULATIONS. SHE THEN TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CONTACT HR INCASE THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT. HR DID NOT TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE EMPLOYEE AT ALL. THIS IS A VIOLATION AND FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!! BETTY YOU ARE AN AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZYYYYYYY INDIVIDUAL WHICH SHOULD BE AND WILL INVESTIGATED.
