Please do not trust this place with care for your loved ones . For over a year my Grandmother hasn’t been seen by a doctor (She’s home bound ) . We were constantly told that “there’s no doctor and they are looking for one “. This issue has been the same for more than a year . I called more than ten times for a flu shot for my Grandma, each time I was told someone will be out and till now over a year she hasn’t got it . Last week I was told they can do a virtual appointment, last minute they changed it for another then which the day they changed it for they never called . Please do not put your loved ones health in their hands.

Clare medical has been very useful and convenient for maintaining health from home. It is a good service for people with disabilities and elders. They can do home visits, write prescriptions, telehealth, and blood tests. It essentially limits the need to visit primary care physician in-person, which is a hassle due to having to wait an hour (I rarely visit my PCP these days due to having Clare medical). Clare medical gives a 3-hour window for the visit, but there is the convenience of waiting in the comfort of your home.

For an in home visiting dr service they insist on wanting to be as telehealth remote as possible. My dad has PSP and is incapable of using a phone or talking due to dexterity and speech issues. Today I asked for In person and they tell me it’s gonna be a month until they can send someone out. My dad has a uti and I was told we had to wait a week to get him on the schedule, so his physical therapist had to take the telehealth call to get him antibiotics cause I’m 33 and work. Honestly these guys are a waste of time. They never come though when you need them.
