Front desk is very slow and really rude. He could not find my resevation, so I had to wait for about 2hrs at night to check in. Before online booking company helped me what he repeated is I could cancel my reservation with online company and purchase their only 1 left room with higher price.. I have to leave early morning with 4hrs sleeping there.

Great location! I took my daughter to the UBS arena for Harry Styles concert and we stayed here for one night only ! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only mirror was in the bathroom so I’m glad I brought my travel makeup mirror. Would definitely suggest bringing a mirror if you plan on getting ready for an event !

Positive: Great location Negative: Stayed here numerous times,HAD good experiences. However this last visit room had heavy tobacco odor and was extremely run down. Very disappointing given previous visits had been so positive. DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST,not a huge priority for me, just fyi.

Lester i assume that when you booked you entered into a contract so they could refuse to cancel but i suggest you call and ask them nicely
90 % of the hotels in America have daily price changes based seasonal tourist, large events, and the ratio of sold rooms to unsold rooms. This is the strenght of priceline. Hotelkeeps can on/off, increase/decrease Priceline listings in realtime to fill as many rooms as poss. My stay bought of PriceL eas approx 125 which I thought was good for NYC area
