I never going back there frank is rude when he is wrong I leave my stuff there and he act like I'm not going to pay attention to my stuff leave my clothes there for a whole 2 weeks and still not ready then he come to me very rude I know them for years and new they was very in responsible but but his way of talking was different than now🤐 now I see his true colors

As of today I’m officially obsessed with this place. I’ve lived in Williamsburg a bit over nine years now, and have struggled to find a reliable, AND affordable dry cleaner. Either the dry cleaners are WAY too expensive, or they just aren’t very good (ei the place off Graham that ruined a few of my clothing items with big blue spots after dry cleaning). I decided to try franks based off reviews. The past few months I’ve taken one item at a time, just to see how the clothing turns out. Always really good. This past week I finally took about ten items in, one of which being this gorgeous vintage blouse from the 20’s that I absolutely adore and have been so afraid to get cleaned. ALL THE STARS FOR FRANKS! They did a phenomenal job with every single item, my vintage blouse I keep looking at because it looks brand new! I had some pants hemmed and they look immaculate. And not only did they do a wonderful job, but it was very affordable. Thank you franks. Will only go here from now on!!!

I was really REALLY bummed today when I picked up my favorite shirt(which was also quite pricey). I was pleased to see that the cleaning job looked decent until I spotted a hole in my shirt that certainly wasn’t there before. I wear this shirt more than socially acceptable and this is a sad day for me. I know that going back to present this will do nothing, so perhaps a warning for others will do.
