I went in and needed spark plugs for my 2010 Ford Mustang, the only person to greet me was a young girl Elizabeth it said on her tag. She did her magic on the computer and recommended me some motor craft plugs I thought that was all I needed but she reminded me I needed a defouler & and antiseize as well to do the job right. My part was supposedly going to arrive Tuesday it is now the Saturday after and I went Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday still have not got my part they keep telling me they don’t know when my part will arrive and all they know is it hasn’t arrived yet
